Can I use stamps from outside of the US to mail letters within the US?

Question by Pablo T: Can I use stamps from outside of the US to mail letters within the US?
I bought postcards in Spain and I put Spain stamps (0.78 euros) on them but forgot to mail them there. If I want to mail them from my address (inside the US) to another address within the US do I need to put a US stamp on or will the Spain one work?

You’ll need US stamps to mail them in the US.

Why don’t you just go to the post office and try to buy some American stamps with your Euros? Because that will work as well as mailing with European stamps.
